User Experience Design for the HDI Sigorta Website
Challenge
Dense content, complex user flows and the need to establish a consistent visual design standard.
Solution
We defined our strategy as creating a
“well-structured website.”
This approach represented a simplified structure free from unnecessary complexity, designed with a clear information architecture that allows users to easily access the information or services they are looking for.
Following a content refinement process, we designed clear and intuitive user flows. Product pages were simplified, and key stakeholders, such as agents, contracted healthcare providers, and authorized service networks, were strategically positioned to ensure seamless service integrations.
Outputs
We designed a user-friendly structure with a strong visual language, enabling customers to find the products and information they are looking for more quickly and easily.
Result
We are looking forward to observing performance improvements such as increased page visits, longer time spent on pages, higher online transaction rates and reduced time required to access information.
