Purpose

To reflect Çolakoğlu’s production power, corporate stance, business approach, and 80-year deep-rooted history.


While aiming for the best user experience, to create a new and original visual world.

Challenge

To create an information architecture that meets the needs of different stakeholder groups (investors, customers, suppliers).


To develop a structure that will meet the needs of general users seeking information about the company,


as well as professional users aiming to

access specific content.


Solution

1- Research


Organized workshops with the participation of company representatives to define target audience segments and perceptions, understand market dynamics, and generate insights.

User interviews were conducted to identify user expectations, and to determine the flow of the user journey and the interaction points.

2- Strategy and Concept Development

During the conceptual positioning process that took into account the brand’s place in the industry and its past achievements, the concept “Steel at the center of life, Çolakoğlu at the source of steel” was developed.

The visual representation of the concept was created through moments that depict Çolakoğlu products and the industrial products that use them as primary inputs within daily life.


A dedicated photo shoot was carried out for visuals of key areas such as production, management, R&D, and logistics—essential components of the website. An original style was defined for the photographs, and the shoots were conducted under the agency’s artistic direction.

3- Design

A modern and original website was designed, without relying on template structures, that reflects Çolakoğlu Metalurji’s production and service model addressing the needs of a growing industry, featuring an innovative, minimal, and “industrial” visual language.


Template designs were created for 22 pages, including the homepage. A total of 33 pages were implemented.

4- Technology

In the development process of the website, the latest digital technologies were utilized with goals of a fast and secure infrastructure, easy content management, SEO compatibility, and mobile responsiveness


ensuring a seamless experience for users.


Result

The information architecture that optimizes the user journey, including all user flows, the hierarchy of homepage elements, all site content, and user interactions, was structured to meet the needs of different types of users.

With custom interface designs, an original photo concept and curated selection, a brand-specific visual world was created. Çolakoğlu Metalurji’s industrial leadership was emphasized through a modern and impactful design.

The website offers a seamless experience across all devices.

Organic traffic was increased by achieving better rankings in search engines.
