We design and implement the communication of Katılım Emeklilik, arising from the joint forces of Albaraka Türk and Kuveyt Türk, and maintaining operations in the fields of private pension and life insurance since September 2014.
We provide full service in various fields starting from creating the brand’s communication strategy to implementing campaigns in both digital and conventional media with a creative point of view, and the management of digital assets including maintenance, optimization, and social media communication of www.katilimemeklilik.com.tr, which we have designed with brand objectives and user requirements in mind.
We start by identifying the current state in the light of data and analyses before strategy. We identify the strengths and aspects requiring improvement while revealing the big picture, and build the communication strategy on the insights acquired along the journey.
Accordingly, we’ve conducted a detailed analysis before creating 2018 strategy of Katılım Emeklilik. We’ve moved to implementation following a series of workshops with participations of representatives of key functions having a role in the brand management. We’ve based our strategy on user interviews including the agency channel and bank customer representatives, researches, and sector analyses.
We’ve created stories supporting our brand’s communication objectives in line with the age of social media. We became one of the first brands to use native contents by shining among our competitors in the field of “pension” with continuous communication strategy.
